I get a thump sound coming from the front passenger side I think whenever I hit a bump... Would it be the cv shaft? I tried to go out there and shke it by hand but it didn't seem to budge... Anyone?

It could be your strut mount.

My strut had a 5 inch gash in it and lost all the fluid, every time I hit a bump it felt like the car ran over a 3 foot pot hole.

Just because it has new struts (or supposedly new) doesn't mean they didn't reuse the strut mounts and bearings. Most people don't replace those until they go bad, maybe I can listen to it this weekend and try to figure it out?

Maybe a ball joint, tie rod end, or sway bar link/bushing.

Not sure if it's that kind of noise... its a pretty hefty "thud". But when it comes to suspension I just know what most of it's called and the knowledge ends about there lol
