a mystery enginge i going think that its a n/a so i dont kill it.

I going to have to drop about $250 on clutch slave and master cyclinders and new clutch line. It has act 2600 feel weaker than my civic's stock clutch.

I had my wife help bleed clutch line and I let 1/2 or 1/4 down in resivor refill it but 4-5 times didnt get any better even after all air forced out felt the same. and it Still would not fully disengage the clutch.

i dont think it was there just no hydrolic pressure acts like master and slave worn out. before i have to pump it to disengage it and pump it all over to shift it couldnt hold pressure now it cant build any enuff. I can push it down with my hand.

I read vaq I see what you mean about clutch assbly it worth a shot

If you can pull the pedal up some after you push it down, it needs fixed.

Check your assembly again. Having it threaded out all the way without full disengagement is just about always your pedal assembly. If you can pull the pedal up when its in its "full up right" you NEED to fix it. Don't think it will be ok, because it obviously is not. This is EXTREMELY common on 1gs.

By the looks of that pic, It doesn't need shimmed. You only shim the fulcrum if the fork is too far away from the clutch (Left of center in the hole). Yours seems to be pretty well centered... I really think your clutch pedal assembly is bad.

Here is the link to a video of a guy who has a bad clutch pedal assembly, his is pretty bad but you get the idea.

You do not need to shim your fork. You have a bad pedal assembly.
