I went to ducktail run which is the same weekend but it is in gas city. Yes hotrods tend to go fast and look good. I really like to look at the nova's and chevelle's.

I like to go to shows to see what other people have done to their cars to get ideas on what to do with mine. Not like crazy body things, but intersting and usually subtle things. Or just really creative things that aren't nasty looking. I usually don't talk to many owners, but this is the first "scene" that I've been in, so I really didn't have anything in common to talk about.

My Dad drove through Gas City on the way to Fairmount Saturday morning to get the car judged there as well. When he got to Fairmount he was SO pissed. Where they had the judging set up in Gas City was a muddy mess with straw thrown down over it. It took me and him 2 hours to get all the mud off the car to get it ready for top 20 judging that afternoon.

Thats terrible, straw over mud?!

My mom helps run the Allen county cruise-in when the county fair is going on. Had a great turn out this year I guess.
