I got peddles in and every thing back in car. I started it and still can't shift. I Can start in it gear but 5th it kick it out and if you hold it in it knocks like mad. In 1-4 when try to shift you have to work shifter around get gates open then sound like ballpin hamer smacking metal then it grinneds it like the syncro are sticking. I thought that mabye the longer slave rod was was pushing throw out bearing to far but when I used the shorter rod peddle stuck to floor and pulled it up pumped it it only come up about 2 inches. any Ideas

Have you adjusted your shift cables correctly? It doesn't sound like it's a clutch issue as much as it's a shifter linkage issue.
If it's popping out of gear in 5th it's either not getting all the way into gear because of the cables or something's broken inside the transmission.

Remember when working on the these older hydraulics, if one thing is bad and you only replace that one thing, usually the extra pressure will ruin the other pieces too.
I don't understand your post but I gather your clutch or something is still wrong.

I replaced master and slave there off of scotty's blue part car. Master cyclinder all same they all have same part number. but awd slave pressure valve spring is differnt spot and differnt part number.
If car is off you can shift it easly you can hear it open the shift gates and feels like it go into gear.
Once you start the car it's hard to shift. You have to move shifter around to get it to go in to gear once it does it just grindes

I would suggest not using old hydraulic parts and trying to match them up, buy some new ones and bleed it, then adjust the pedal.
