You are a true DSM when the first purchase on a new car is a turbo.

Havent replied yet to your new ride Corey. I always liked the graphite paint best on the 2G's, goes well with the black on these cars. Cant wait to see this beast when your done. If you want to practice installing a FMIC and struts/springs I will bring my car over. lol.

Sweetness, another 61.36mm guy! I have hear these have a little compressor surge without the SP cover. You'll get it figured out though.

Yea, not the best first purchase but I couldn't pass it up.
Court - I got the FMIC install for you whenever you want, just lemme know.
The suspension I don't think I could do in my driveway though since it can easily turn into a couple day job if a bolt breaks.
Krebs - I hadn't seen any mention of that, how bad were the ones surging you read about?

A few guys where having problems with high boost levels on spool up. Not sever, but noticeable. A small spot were it just stopped making boost. Most of it just depends on your setup and how much airflow your engine will flow on spool up. Its a pretty good sized turbo for a stock engine, these heads flow pretty damn good though.
