I know some peole have been asking about this so I figured I would post it! lol Thanx to our known creator of the recipe. Eric a.k.a. E. a.k.a. Franknstein.

FWDSM Club Salsa Recipe

1 15 oz. Can Diced Tomatoes (Rec. Red Gold)

1 15 oz. Can Tomatoe Sauce (Rec. Red Gold)

1/2 Bunch Green Onions (Finely Chopped)

1/2 Bunch Cilantro (Finely Chopped)

1 Tbsp. Sugar

2 Jalepeno Peppers (De-seeded, Finely Chopped)

1 Clove of Crushed Garlic

1 Tbsp. Frank's Hot Sauce (HOT Factor)

Juice of 1/2 a Lime

Salt, Pepper, Paprika to taste

Mix all ingredients in a medium sized bowl and chill. If mixture is too thick, add more tomatoe sauce, NOT water. The longer it sits, the better it gets. Serve with your favorite chips and beverage of choice.

Nicely documented sir.
I usually crush the garlic through a press rather than minced.
Kickass bean dip:
1 can refried beans
1 12 oz? block of Velveeta cheese food chopped into 1" cubes
8 oz. Kroger or Old El Paso Medium salsa
Microwave 1 min, mix, repeat, repeat until smooth and blended
Throw some Jalepeno slices on top for the bold.
Serve with the big Fritos dipping chips.
Recommend Buswieser or Sam Adams so you don't choke.
E.

E.

I make a very similar bean dip, but I add a can of Hormel no bean chili as well.

Another dip that I have been making for a while and has kind of replaced the bean dip is Buffalo Chicken Dip. This recipe can be switched around and comes from www.Franksredhot.com

INGREDIENTS:
1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup any flavor FRANK'S® REDHOT® Sauce
1/2 cup Ranch or Blue Cheese Dressing
1/2 cup blue cheese crumbles or any bag of shredded cheese
2 cans (9.75 oz. each) SWANSON® White Premium Chunk Chicken Breast, drained or 2 cups cooked chicken

DIRECTIONS:

1.MIX ingredients in deep baking dish or pie plate.
2.BAKE at 350°F for 20 min. until hot.

If you havent tried the bufflo dip, its very easy to make and is money. Fat tested and approaved : )

Oh yeah, I use Frank's more than catsup on beans, wings, rice, whatever. Another good pepper sauce, a little richer, is the Chinese stuff with the rooster on the bottle. Don't know the real name, we just call it rooster sauce.

I like Cholula hot sauce. Most hot sauce is just hot and not much flavor to me. Cholula sauce has alot of spice along with the heat.
