Pretty sure that is just the MAP sensor on top of the intake manifold.
I won't even have mine hooked up with the 6 bolt swap since the 1g intake manifold has no provision for it. To be quite honest I am not even sure what the 2g ECU does with info from it since the car runs off the MAF.

P1400 - Manifold Differential Pressure Sensor Circuit Malfunction
The manifold differenetial pressure sensor outputs a voltage which is proportional to the negative pressure in the intake manifold.
The engine control module checks wether the voltage is within a specified range.
After the engine has warmed up, it runs at low or medium load.
The engine coolant temperature at the time is starting the engine is 65.4 degrees or more.
The sensor output voltage is 4.5V or more for 4 seconds or the sensor output voltage is 0.2Vor less for 4 seconds.
Cause
Manifold differential pressure sensor failed.
Open or shorted manifold differential pressure sensor circuit or loose connector.
Engine control module failed.

WOW, looks like a replacement is ~$112...maybe test the piece with a mulimeter? As I was reading around tuners, it seems that their cars would run sluggish when throwing this code. Maybe one of these guys on here that are good with testing sensors could help you out, it'd be good! I know I don't have a clue when it comes to that...

Yes, I have done some reading too, all 2G guys running a 7 bolt want to keep this feature for multiple inputs to keep ECU happy. Should run OK, but the CEL on can mask other issues if they come up. Just asking if anyone has gone through this in our crew. Some have cleaned the code away, most have replaced it, could be $120 or more. Shit.

is that the on bolted to the top of the intake? I have like 2 extra intakes lying around with all the crap still on them.

Pulled it off to clean it, gleaming and spotless. Sprayed with brake cleaner and poked with heavy paintbrush bristle, more for ceremony than anything else. Dielectric grease to re-assemble, of course. Did not disconnect the battery and restart yet, got re-scheduled. Will get down to O'Riely's and clear the code and try it again. Don't go anywhere Jared.
