So if I give it WOT I usually don't have any problems. However, if I ease into full boost, it'll bog inbetween 3500 and 5000 rpm.....Sometimes. The only thing that has not been replaced, literally, is engine internals, fuel rail and lines, injectors, fuel tank, and ECU. I'm thinking that it is a faulty Missing Link. I know by getting a FCD it'll take care of the missing link being my weak link. But that doesn't mean it'll fix my problem. I'm not about to start throwing parts at my car or anything, the FCD is just on my to do list. Any other ideas as to what may be going on? Maybe boost leak? With the way that the ML tricks my ecu into seeing WOT insead of boost, It wouldn't suprise me if I had a boost leak. Maybe the fluctuating boost levels are messing up my fuel maps? I don't know......help.....

A boost leak test is always a good place to start and will cause intermitent bogging and sputering.

Is this something that's always been there or recently developed?
Is it sputtering while bogging like the sparks getting blown out or does it just sound like it's running really rich? My guess would be the second and that could be due to the fuel map itself or a boost leak. Sometimes you'll get a boost leak acting like this but under high boost you're flowing enough air that you don't notice it as badly. Fix the leak though and you not only fix your bog, but you'll probably make another 15hp up top too.
Hard to tell without a wideband and a boost leak tester though. Speaking of, I've still got to test mine. Ooops.

just started happening. And i have noticed a little less umph even if i get a solid pull. It feels like it's runnig pig rich when it bogs. The next 20 bucks i make i'm going to fashion a boost leak tester. I'm pretty sure i know where the leaks are coming from. At least what section of pipe. I'll do a boost leak test and post results asap.

You can go to Napa and get a fernco coupler and a pvc endcap, just drill a hole and shove a tire valve through it. It's like less than $10 the last time I needed one.
Of course I loaned that out and it's lost now.... I hate that!

Well I haven't been able to get to the hardware store, but I did some fiddling around with the filter on my missing link and I think that's my problem. it's fewer and further between when it bogs, and it does it for a shorter amount of time. But I know I've got a boost leak cause my boost gauge is dancing around like crazy since i've re-routed my IC piping and I'm no welder and it's not as fast as it was before the re route. So I gotta get a FCD, get a 90* coupler and a 90* 2.5" mandrel bent piece of Aluminized steel piping, and do some better welds.
