Here is the definition of one:

Usergroups are groups of users that divide the community into manageable sections board administrators can work with. Each user can belong to several groups and each group can be assigned individual permissions. This provides an easy way for administrators to change permissions for many users at once, such as changing moderator permissions or granting users access to a private forum.

I would assume this would only be needed with higher traffic messageboards.

And the spammer was just some lady posting how we can get more traffic on our site by clicking on a link. I clicked on Delete instead. Oops!

Hey jeff... on a person's profile... what does the "% of total" posts mean?

It means you've made that percent of the total posts on this board.

Oh okay! That's a relief! I thought it meant that is the percent of posts you have made of your total allowed lol

Is there anyway you can make the Private Message thing maybe to be highlighted because I always forget to check it, just curious

I'll check into it, I figured it already blinked or highlighted already. If nothing else you can go into your settings and have an email sent to you whenever you get a PM.

It emails me when I have one, the email comes from you Jeff it's strange.

Also it shows at the top "You have 1 new PM".

And it has a pop-up window but my Firefox blocks it so I get a message stating it blocked it but then I know I have a PM.

If you can't tell from those 3 things you have one then thats your own fault.
