The idle was still a little unstable on the way in to work. Getting some off idle stumble and idle fluctuations. It wasn't bouncing around, but one light it would idle at 1100 and the next was 800. Seemed to idle fine overall though. I'm likely going to have to throw a IAC at it and see what happens.

Is your Throttle Stop Switch connected and working on the Throttle Body?

I didn't get time to check that this weekend. Is there an adjustment procedure? I looked on VFAQ and didn't see anything about it or a test procedure. I'm guessing that it is just an open/closed switch, but should it be adjusted so the switch is activated at 1% throttle or 5% throttle? I'm guessing adjustment is just put an ohm meter on it and run it down till the switch activates, and then take it like another 1/8 turn.
